  • 入學申請表（下載）
  • 科目選修表（下載）
  • 身分證副本
  • 學歷證明（中五或以上）或 工作證明（五年或以上）
  • 所需費用的銀行入數記錄（申請人可先行繳交報名費HK$200.00，待本院發出Debit Note後，才繳交學費；欲知本院銀行資料，請參閱「科目選修表」。）
